Something I’ll NEVER Forget

October 12, 2010 in mindset by Joseph Arangio

When it comes to your health, are you proactive or reactive?

In other words, are you taking action to initiate change, or just
reacting to whatever happens to you.

One of my clients told me something I’ll NEVER forget.

He said that everyone is going to spend money on their health. You
just have to decide WHEN…

*It could be long-term care in a nursing home.
*Maybe a top-of-the-line motorized wheelchair or scooter.

…OR it could be money spent on personal training, organic food,
and other proactive investments in your health.

Think about it: You can pay your fitness coach and your grocer OR
pay the managed care corporation–you decide.

Proactive health investments, like personal training and good food,
pay huge dividends in the quality of your life.  That means feeling
energized and happy every day, plus a laundry list of other health
benefits (less fat, more muscle).

Remember, EVERYONE is going to spend money on their health… it’s
simply a matter of you deciding WHEN you’re going to spend the
money as opposed to HOW you’re going to spend it.

I suggest you share this nugget of wisdom with the naysayers out
there who think you’re crazy for hiring an “expensive” personal trainer.

Probably the same folks who are “saving up” for a membership to a
nursing home.

Something to think about…

Joe
