How to Lose Fat and Create Accountability with Social Networking

Let’s say you want to lose a few pounds. Or win a marathon. It’s no secret that you are more likely to meet your goals if you have a support group.
An affinity group is a bunch of people who share a common interest, background, or goal. So if you are serious about dropping fat and transforming your body faster, surround yourself with people who have your best interests in mind.
With the rise of social networking sites, finding a forum or dedicated blog on “fat loss” is easy. In reality, you may have a tough time navigating through the junk to find a place for real people who are interested in your particular body-transformation goal.
This is my first post on a unique social networking site that, I believe, will change the way you think about meeting your body-transformation goals.
